PROJECT in a box comes prepopulated with a selection of Project management methodologies including DSDM Atern.
This method provides the materials you need to implement an Atern agile project. The Method Template contains:
- All the processes and principles structured and linked as described in the Atern manual, linked together with easy to follow diagrams
- A full set of authentic and official Atern template files provided under licence from the DSDM consortium
- An introduction to Atern guidance document containing authentic materials under licence from the DSDM consortium
- An enhanced set of Atern support tools including Risk, Testing and Issue Logs, Planning Support and Finances tools all of which can be directly integrated into the reporting engine
- A full set of project role definitions/appointments to help you get your team set up quickly
- A valuable set of hover hints helping you decide what to do with each document in each process
- The Atern library so you can find the documents you need quickly
As with all other method templates you can personalise this and save derivatives for different types of projects your organisation undertakes.
We no longer ship DSDM Atern with your system although some customers may still ahve legacy copies.
