PROJECT in a box comes populated with a range of standard methodologies each defined as a Method Template that can be used to create projects or other activities from for users to intereact with.

These Method Templates are available to use off the shelf, to be personalised or additional ones can be purchased or created for you.  The Method template controls the look and feel, navigation, process structure, documents and templates, guidance and reporting structure for the project created.

The Authentic PRINCE2© Method Template

The complete authentic PRINCE2© method template provides all the materials of the resource pack structured into the process steps you need to document and deliver your complex projects or support your PRINCE2 learning.

This is an Official licensed product audited and approved by APMG on behalf of the cabinet office, it can be purchased to add to any software edition.


Customers who haven't purchased the full PRNCE2 Method Template can still use the PRINCE2 Resources Pack which provides templates etc without process and navigation structure.

The Praxis Framework (low clomplexity)


The Praxis Framework provides not only process and templates for a low complexity project but also much in the way of contextural guidance, advice, maturity materials etc.  You can also do examined Praxis training courses if you wish
