This form provides the Browser app user with a set us useful resources.  The resources on the righthand side are available to all users whether logged in or not.  The Leftside resources are only visible once you have logged in. These are usually links to download the Windows App in several configurations and what is shows will vary by customer depending on what they have decided to make available to users.
