TWo Factor Authentication allows for more secure operation when no Active Directory authentication is in place.

In this model the user first enters their Username and password and if this is usccessful they are prompted to enter three characters from their memorable word.  If that is successful they are then logged in.

This process is repeated at every login.

If users do not yet have a memorable word they will need to set that and a prompt after entering username and password successfully before they can complete log in.

The use of memorable word (2FA) is set in the server console and can be activated independently for Browser App and Windows App.
