Management products are activities in delivering a successful PRINCE2 project that are required as part of managing the project and maintaining quality. These include areas such as planning, team structure and organisation, routine reporting, logging and controls including reviews. They refer to both activities for the project as a whole and those specific to a Stage or a subset of the deliverables.

PIAB uses this concept to gooup together all the contents required to support a particular Management Product in a document, this con consist of templates, emails and oter typical files etc.
