Advanced project export is only available to Admin users and can be found in the Admin menu.  This form enables users dealing with larger number of projects to go beyond the standard Export Project capability.

Using this form you can export a set of projects in one go, simply choose the portfolio you want and then make sure the projects you want are ticked (untick those you don't want to export).  Give your export package folder a name and then choose whether to just export the latest versions or all versions of files and whether to include the navigation pages in the output package.

The system will then create the required package of files in the destination shown.  Customers use this to support back up and archive of projects and programmes and also to prepare a file feed to their KM archive systems.
