Document tips is a new feature from version 2.5.1 of PROJECT in a  box.  It allows you to provide brief hints/tips/guidance to users as they are working through the documents on a project.

As the user hovers over the document icon or name any tip saved for this document will be briefly shown as a pop up comment.  These comments are specific to each document in each process so can be used to provide specific guidance about what you want users to do with them in this circumstance.

A standard set of tips can be defined for each Method Template so that they will be loaded when the project is created.

A Modify user can edit the tip a document (or add one if none present) by right clicking on the document and selecting Document Tip.  A text form is opened for edit, simply press OK to close and save.
