Most methodologies recognise that documenting the activities undertaken is important and provides templates or guidelines as to what should be included in many of the Management Products. These lend themselves well to be document guidelines and most commonly documents are produced to deliver these products. Some of the products/documents often consist of a number of different individual files or pieces of correspondence/evidence which deliver the product/document objectives.

PROJECT in a box provides this structure of documents with templates for some and preformed place holders for others which can be populated with the actual files produced while delivering the project.

A description of the types of actual files which can be used within documents is also provided.
