Your method can define properties that can then be collected for each of the processes in projects created from that method.  Often this is a status of the process (from picklist) and a notes section where a description of progress with the process can be given.


In the browser the form for this is accessed in the File Explorer.  Chose the correct process from your navigation diagram and then once File explorer opens then click on the process title.  In the pane to the rght you will see the process data button.  (you will require modify rights at a proejct level to access this).


Click on the button to open the form as shown below.



Data is then entered by typing into the appropriate value item, or by using picklists or data pickers as required.  Use the Apply button to save your changes.
