Colour Tables
The colour table form manages the display background colours that will be used on property displays and also in the charts if these are set up in reports. You can either load existing saved colour tables from the table menu item, create your own custom one, or load one and then customise it. At the end of your work you can save your table to the table library for reuse elsewhere or just use it in this one instance, agian from the table menu. When creating or editing a table you use the key: field to enter the text you are matching and the colour button to select or specify the colour this is linked to. If edition an existing one click on it or if creating a new one use the add button. Delete removes the currently selected item from the colour table. In options you can also choose to 'Generate table from Values' this will generate a table using standard colours from the data in your current view portfolio. You can then tweak colours and change display orders if you wish before saving it. Note that this may not be complete if used against a differnet portfolio or if data changes over time and new data entries are included. Standard colour tables are provided to match the default options for Project Status, Benefit Status and a twelve colour set for use with charts. |
