Any user can now change their own password.  This is done using the 'password' tab on the my details form.

Any password you create must be between 8 and 12 characters, it must includea number, letters in both casesand include a special character except %,",',*,$ and - and it will be case sensitive.

Please be careful with your password, if you forget it it cannot be returned to you from the database as for security reasons it is stored encrypted.  If you forget your password contact your administrator who will create you a new one which you can then reset using this form.

You can also clear your memorable word here.  This will then force you to add a new one next time you log on (assuming Two Factor Authentication is active).

From version 5.3 users who have forgotten their password can request a password reset using their Browser interface if they wish.
