Portfolio rules are automatically applied to the projects database to populate the portfolio when working in the Portfolio rules form.

The rules cna also be rerun from other locations (where working with a refreshed set of projects is desirable) as follows:

Select Project form - (options - run Portfolio rules)

Dashboard - (options - run portfolio rules)
