Using the hyperlinking capability links can also be established to Project Workspaces in WBA, locations in Sharepoint and in fact any web based system or location you or your team use.

If other systems are routinely creating data for you like timesheeting, finance or process equipment this can be automatically picked up and included in your project information set using the auto check in capability.

This integration can also be two way for Browser App users who can create 'webparts' for their projects and have a real time view only set of project documentation published to Sharepoint, project workspace or other web resources.   This capability also includes project team communications, document management, report production and access to the search engine for the project, all under active directory SSO permissions control.

This publishing capability can also be extended further allowing access to project documents from tablets and smartphones which support file management.  If the server can be accessed over the internet then users can find and view latest versions of files from their phone.

The Data export capability also allows other systems to request live data from project properties using a web services interface.
