The User Administration Report wizard is accessed from the Main Menu Reports option and can only be accessed by a user with  Admin permission via a Manager licence.  The report is provided for administrators who are overseeing large implementations with hundreds of projects and users and need a way of keeping track of this or answering particular configuration questions.

The report can be run in three different configurations Ordered by Project, User or Permissions Group.  Each report provides the full set of user, project and permissions information grouped in this way in a csv format which usually opens in excel.

Once the user has the csv file in Excel they can filter and sort the data to look up any combination of permissions and project details they wish.

A Publish Report... button is provided at the bottom of the form and initially greyed out until the report production is complete and the output has been viewed, then it becomes a lit hyperlink.  Clicking on this link opens the Publish Report form with the source file details of the report you have just produced populated.  You can use this form to publish your report to the Enterprise hub for easy sharing with your colleagues. and wider team.
