My Approvals tab is available by selecting My Files on the Quick clicks menu which provides you with a centralised place for managing files of interest to you on the project.  Once the My files form is open select the My Approvals tab.

The form can also be switched to one of two other tabs as follows:

From Email for managing checked out files returned by email

For Approval requests for approval which you have been invited to vote or contribute too.

The form lists the approvals that you have set up on the current project (or for all projects if the option is ticked).  Each approval is summarised in a row with statistical data on types, number of votes current result standing etc.  The headings can be clicked to order data and help find particular approvals within a long list.

Click a row to select it and use the view file, view file history links below to find out more about the file.  A double click or use of the manage Approval button at the bottom of the form opens the Manage Approval form. Use this form to alter the users involved in the process, comment or complete the approval activity.

At the top of the form is a projects pick list so you can change the focus of the form to any other project you have permissions for or use the all projects tick list to return full data across all your projects.
