When a notification is activated and sent this information is stored in the database on the server and can be viewed in a range of project reports as follows.

Document report - this includes data on all the notifications set on this document by any user and information about when and by whom they were triggered.

Project Document Status Report - this included data on all notifications set across the project by any user including information about when and by whom they were triggered.

The notification form itself, accessible from the file explorer when the document is in focus, also presents a history of the notifications and triggers for the current document.
