The Whats Changed? Report wizard is accessed from the Main Menu Reports option and can only be accessed by a user with Admin or Modify permissions from a Manager licence.  The report  provides a full listing of all changes to a project or a group of projects since a specified date and is a great way of catching up on changes to the project.  The wizard has a number of options for tailoring the user activity data provided in the report and these are arranged across two tabs as follows:

'Projects' tab - allows the user to select the project or group of projects they want to run the report for.  If the user is operating the system with Portfolio view activated they will be able to select their projects from a portfolio perspective.  Modify permissions users can only run the report for their current project, admin users can run this across all projects if they wish.

'Date Filter' tab - this enables the user to select the date range to run the report for either using the preset range list or pick individual start and end dates for a custom report.

The report is activated by pressing the OK button at the bottom of the form at any time.  When the report is complete it will be opened for viewing in a browser, the original version will have been saved in your reports folder and can be accessed and viewed at a later date from the Open Folder... Button at the bottom of the  form.

When the report is produced it produces a simple list showing date/time, user , action type and then full details (document, file, process accessed from and IDs).  The grouping is simple, per day , alphabetically by user.

A Publish Report... button is provided at the bottom of the form and initially greyed out until the report production is complete and the output has been viewed, then it becomes a lit hyperlink.  Clicking on this link opens the Publish Report form with the source file details of the report you have just produced populated.  You can use this form to publish your report to the Enterprise hub for easy sharing with your colleagues. and wider team.
