Project Summary Information provides you with a tool for keeping the latest status on your projects in a standard format and defining the information sources you want to include in reports. This information can be viewed and edited by users with Modify permissions on the current project and who have a Manager licence.  

The Project Summary info window can be opened from:

• the 'info' quick clicks button (or side menu when in Portfolio mode);
• or from the main menu using the 'Admin' then 'Project Summary Info' option;
• or from the 'Edit Project Info' button on the Status Summary Window

A range of information can be held and presented from here including:

• Background, progress information and status.
• Links to the project Logs.
• Information on each of the project's Stages.
• Links to the project's MS Project plans.
• Links to additional analysis contained in user defined spreadsheets
• Extended Properties
• Numbering and Naming conventions
• Doc properties to be exported to project files
• Images from the project to be used in reporting
