Quick Clicks provide as the name suggests speedy access to the most commonly used functionality in PROJECT in a box. The Quick Clicks menu can be found between the Main menu at the top of the PROJECT in a box window and the active area where process and other operational windows such as the file explorer are situated.

Quick clicks can be easily recognised because they are on a large square button with a word and an icon to help recognise the associated functions.

The following quick clicks are provided:

  • Logout - Shown as Log in if you are not currently logged in.
  • Project - brings up the Select project window.
  • Dashboard - Access to the Dashboard  or the side menu runs and displays the project Dashboard report. (Only present when logged on with a Manager Licence and the user has modify permission on the current project)
  • Home - Opens (or brings to the top) the first navigation diagram for the current project type (based on any context rules set).
  • Explore - opens or brings the File explorer to be the live (top) window.
  • Info - opens or brings the Status window to be the live (top) window.  The side menu offers direct opening of the Edit Project Summary info or Edit Portfolio Summary Info windows.
  • My Files (3)- opens your My Files page for management of checked out files (number) designates the number of files for the current project identified available for checkin.  Side menu links to designated Checkout/in folder in file explorer.  This button is always active whether logged on or not. This also provides access to My approvals and For approvals forms which are tabbed within the main area.
  • Email (0)- provides direct access to the bulk checkin from email form, the (number) indicates the number of files returned and awaiting check in.  A Side pull down menu opens the Email Integration window.
  • User - opens the My details form.  A side pull down menu provides direct access to contact information, recent activity,recent files or checked out files if required.
  • Search - opens the search form so users can do a keyword or flag search.
  • Options - opens the User Options form where the user can set their system preferences.
  • Method - The button opens the P2ABC method picker tool which supports users in deciding which P2ABC method to use.
